According to the Rules of The Superior Court of California County of Ventura regarding arrest warrants, all persons and agencies may divulge, “1. Whether or not an arrest has been made; 2. The offense for which an arrest has been made; 3. The disposition of the minor by the law enforcement agency; 4. The plan to file or not file a petition and the charges alleged in the petition; 5. The order of the court to detain or not detain; 6. The date and location of the hearing; 7. The finding and disposition of the court.”

If you have reason to conduct a warrant search, or believe you have an outstanding warrant, you may contact the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office, at 800 South Victoria Avenue, Ventura, CA 93009. The Sheriff’s Office is operates the countywide automated Wants/Warrants system 24-hours per day, seven days per week. It has thousands of active warrants on individuals, and probation information on people who have been convicted of crimes in Ventura County. You may also visit The Superior Court of California County of Ventura at The Ventura Hall of Justice, Government Center, 800 South Victoria Avenue, Ventura, CA 93009. The facility is open Monday through Friday from 8am until 3pm, accept holidays. There are multiple courthouses telephone contacts, depending upon the nature of the case or outstanding warrant you are searching, including Ventura Hall of Justice at 805-654-2880,
the East County Courthouse in Simi Valley at 805-582-7526, and the Juvenile Courthouse in Oxnard at 805-981-5977.
